What is the role we are looking to hire for?
We are looking for an Office Manager to support in the management of our large collection of uniquely designed and creatively inspired homes in the heart of Manchester city centre, spread over Deansgate, The Village, Northern Quarter, and Ancoats.
You will be based at our market leading head office in Ancoats, Manchester City Centre alongside our small but mighty team of 11 high performing individuals. You will report directly into the Operations Director. The right candidate will have scope to progress in the business, with the possibility of management of a team, and a position on the Senior Leadership Team.
You will undertake varied work including:
- Dealing with enquiries and calls from our residents or new resident enquiries.
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks and procedures for operational effectiveness.
- Champion continuous service improvement, driving market leadership.
- Manage property appraisals, viewings, and sales progression with an innovative approach.
- Uphold high customer service standards, exceeding client expectations.
- Manage customer and client complaints.
- Forge strong corporate-client relationships, generating and pursuing new leads.
- Collaborate with the Operations Director on business-maximising initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, providing insightful updates to clients.
- Maintain office presentation and manage supplies.
- Managing customer service team schedules.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and contribute ideas for improvement.

- Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Excel.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to learn new tech systems quickly.

- Exceptional organisation, multitasking and forward planning abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Ability to analyse reports.
Previous Experience
- Experience working in a start-up preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in property management, lettings management or hotel management preferred but not required.
- Background in working within an office environment and a customer facing role would be beneficial.
- Management experience preferred but not required.
