The Job

As the AV Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading client engagement and building strong relationships and trust with your clients
• Working closely with the communications planning team to develop audience insight and strategic plans
• Overseeing the planning of all AV campaigns and ensuring they are delivered in line with the set KPIs
• Negotiating and liaising with media owners and sales houses
• Demonstrating an approachable leadership style while supporting and developing your team while setting clear career path goals
• Tracking and supplying audit data and liaising with auditors

You

• 5+ years in an AV Planner/Buyer role at a Media Agency. Can be a Senior Manager or an established Account Director.
• Have a multi-media understanding and 360 knowledge across all AV channels such as TV, Addressable TV, BVOD, Cinema and Radio
• You are passionate about the UK TV marketplace and stay on top of industry trends
• You have the ability to lead, influence and motivate a team
• You have the ability to build strong and meaningful relationships
• Strong communicator
