Roche AV are a leading Nationwide Networked Audio Visual Solutions Provider with over 50 years’ experience. Our services include consultancy, design, supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance and management of Networked AV systems.
Due to our continued expansion plans we are looking for 2 AV & Network Area Support Leaders with a passion for emerging network & audio visual technologies to join our Pro Division. We have 2 positions available, one supporting Lancashire and the North West and one to support Yorkshire and the North East. The exact areas will be agreed with the successful applicants.
The roles will ideally suit individuals with previous on site network engineering experience, who may be looking for a more expansive flexible end user focused relationship based support role with excellent long term careers opportunities within a fast developing market. Full training and a continued professional development plan will also be provided.
Responsibilities and Duties will include:
- Client visits to support, maintain and develop account relationships
- AV & Network System design including review & consultancy
- On site high level project management & quality control
- Network & AV configuration, testing & commissioning
- Project delivery site quality checks
- Client project forecasting & management support
- Ongoing account management & team support
Example Experience, Qualifications and Skills
- A passion for evolving and future technologies
- Experience of network infrastructure including installation, configuration & security
- Optional experience in installing and commissioning AV Technologies
- Managing your time efficiently remotely
- Personable with good customer facing skills and smart appearance
- Excellent IT & Network software & hardware experience
- Full UK driving licence
