Av Service Desk Analyst - High Wycombe

Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a AV Service Desk Analyst to be based in High Wycombe?

You will be responsible for the delivery of technical services within the Service & Support division.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line technical telephone and remote support
• Make and receive calls to high end customers, finding a solution as quickly as possible
• Investigate reported faults
• Ensure that documentation is accurate and up to date
• Manage supplier relationships
• Proactively monitor technical requirements on client sites
• Be a point of escalation for ongoing/recurring faults

Your Skills and Experience

• Work experience within the AV industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your time and prioritise tasks
• Solid customer service skills with the ability to empathise with customers
• Excellent Attention to detail
• Industry qualifications desirable

Salary

• £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
