Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a AV Service Desk Analyst to be based in High Wycombe?
You will be responsible for the delivery of technical services within the Service & Support division.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line technical telephone and remote support
- Make and receive calls to high end customers, finding a solution as quickly as possible
- Investigate reported faults
- Ensure that documentation is accurate and up to date
- Manage supplier relationships
- Proactively monitor technical requirements on client sites
- Be a point of escalation for ongoing/recurring faults
Your Skills and Experience
- Work experience within the AV industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your time and prioritise tasks
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to empathise with customers
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Industry qualifications desirable
Salary
- £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
