Aviation Training & Compliance Lead

Securitas are recruiting for a Part Time Aviation Training & Compliance Lead.

The role offers competitive salary plus car allowance and flexibility on base location.

As Lead for Aviation Security Training and Compliance, you will be required to train Security Agents to the CAA Ground Security Operatives (GSO) syllabus. You will also be required to train Team Leaders, Supervisors and Duty Managers to the CAA Ground Security Supervisor (GSS) syllabus, to the required standards detailed by the CAA Quality Assurance Framework for Training Providers. The role will require you to monitor, mentor and audit performance providing the highest level of training and coaching to the Agents.

It will be your responsibility to maintain all the correct documentation associated with training of staff is updated and compliant.

A key focus of the role will be to support the Director Fire Safety & Aviation as required to ensure compliance, including the maintaining of policies in line with legislation set by the DfT and CAA.

• Certified Instructor Number / Recognition of Competence (CIN / ROC) Numbers
• Teaching Qualification equivalent to Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET)
• DfT Aviation Security Manager (ASM) Training
• Formal / Informal Training for Assessment
• Formal / Informal Training for Quality Assurance

Additional

• Relevant Aviation Background is desirable.
• UK/EU citizen or valid work permit
• Counter Terrorism Check (CTC)
• Experience of facilitating coaching and personal development in a multi-site commercial environment on an on-going basis
• Ability to build relationships and fully engage with various management teams and external Control Authorities
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
