Role: Azure Support Engineer (2nd/ 3rd Line)
Location: Working from Home, (plus travel to meetings once per month in London)
Salary: £40 - 45,000 + Employee Benefits

The Role: You will be joining a close team of specialist MS Engineers who have a real passion to help SME customers achieve more through technology.
Support the delivery of MS security projects in MS 365 and AzureSupport customers on all matters surrounding their journey to the cloudDeliver projects on time for customersAccurately record project delivery time and BAU support time in the time management systemIdentify any opportunity to support customers in a new area and feed this information to the Sales Team.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Essential:
4+ years' experience in 2nd/3rd line support roles supporting O365, M365, Azure environments. Ideally a blend of BAU support and project based support experience.A strong interest in systems security principles, SIEM etc.Your technical expertise needs to include MEM (Endpoint and Intune), virtualisation, updating platforms, basic networking, (switching, firewalls etc.)Strong problem solving skillsStrong communications skills, verbal and writtenCustomer focussed, able to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.Genuine energy and passion for technology and in particular cloud-based solutions.Comfortable working remotely most of the time but equally happy to travel to customer meeting as and when required.Any current certification with AZ 500, MS 500 or SC 300 would be desirable but not essential
