Due to continued business growth, Jump IT has three great new permanent opportunities to join our market-leading cloud consultancy.
Working in a Specialist Azure Operations team, the ideal candidates will have the following experience:
- 18 Months minimum 1st/ 2nd line support experience
- ITIL/ SLA understanding
- Customer support via ticketing systems
- Some Azure skills (deployed/ Implemented Azure)
- Started or completed Microsoft Azure certification
Key attributes needed:
- Keen and willingness to undertake and complete further Azure training and certification
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to pick up new technologies (Terraform, Kubernetes, etc)
These roles are permanent only and based City of London. There is no sponsorship on offer or potential for visa renewal.
