Are you an experienced Sales Engineer with a flair for technical sales, looking to join a growing team covering South and Southwest territories? Do you have a passion for the engineering and manufacturing sectors? Then we would like to hear from you.
We are searching for an individual with exceptional sales and communication skills to identify and cultivate new business opportunities with new customer acquisition and current client account management.
Your responsibilities as a Sales Engineer:
- Conducting sales prospecting and live demonstrations of 3D Scanning and Portable CMM products and software.
- Progressing sales from initial lead to purchase order.
- Managing customer accounts, including follow-up visits.
- Achieving sales targets in alignment with company growth objectives.
- Participating in exhibitions and other marketing activities, with occasional travel abroad for partner meetings.
Your current experience which will help you asa Sales Engineer:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in capital equipment or software sales (desirable but not essential).
- Degree qualification or equivalent experience in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields, with knowledge of reverse engineering, 3D printing, and associated processes.
- Excellent English written communication and presentation skills.
- Enthusiasm, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organisational skills and proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
What you can expect as a Sales Engineer:
- Salary up to GBP45,000 + uncapped commission (GBP90,000 OTE).
