What You'll Do:
- Engage with potential and existing clients over the phone to introduce their services.
- Identify and understand client needs.
- Maintain a pipeline of opportunities, managing leads through our CRM system.
- Work towards and exceed sales targets, contributing to our overall business growth.
Who you are:
- Recent Telesales Experience: You have 1-3 years of telesales experience, ideally in a B2B setting.
- Career Direction: A clear understanding of where you want to go with your career in sales, and a drive to take the steps necessary to achieve your goals.
- Communication Skills: Know how to articulate value and negotiate deals effectively.
- Passion for Business Development: A genuine interest in business development and sales.
