Brook Street is partnering with a leading Public Sector Client in Belfast to hire a Band 3 Administrative & Clerical Officer for a temporary ongoing position!

Requirements:

• GCSEs (including Maths and English) with 1 year's admin experience OR
• NVQ Level 2 in Administration with 1 year's admin experience OR
• 2 years' admin/clerical experience

• 1 year's word processing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft packages (WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK)

Details:

£11.11 per hour

Part-time and full-time positions available

Responsibilities:

• Answer calls, operate the switchboard, and direct calls
• Efficient diary management
• Handle general admin tasks (filing, faxing, scanning)

Skills/Abilities (Essential Criteria):

• Collaborative team player
• Strong initiative and independence
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Adaptability in a challenging environment
• Attention to detail and proficiency in office admin systems
• Understanding of the Data Protection Act
• Experience in computerized databases
