Band 4 Nursing Associate
Location: Bristol
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time and part time shifts available
Salary: £25,147-£27,596 per annum, dependent on experience
We are proud to be working with Sirona and their NHS@Home service, who are currently seeking a Band 4 Nursing Associate to join their team based in Bristol. If you are an Assistant Practitioner, we would also love to hear from you.
Do you want to be part of a new, emerging service who are passionate about preventing hospital admissions, supporting early hospital discharges and delivering personalised care in the comfort of people’s homes?
In keeping with the new developing transformation change to using virtual ward models, Sirona Care & Health are collaborating with UBHW & NBT NHS Trusts to deliver the NHS@Home service to patients across BNSSG (Bristol, North Somerset & South Gloucestershire).
As a team we are blending medical innovation with bespoke care, bridging the gap between hospital and home. A virtual ward is a safe and efficient alternative to NHS bedded care that is enabled by technology and home visits. The innovative approach enables us to deliver safe, high quality and personalised care to people at home where they would rather be.
We know that people recover faster and better in their own environments and our dedicated teams of trained staff endeavour to support this. A hybrid model of virtual, telephone and face to face consultations can be delivered as required, allowing patients to recover in their own home with continued clinical support.
What will you be doing?
