Based near Minehead 
Salary £75,000 DOE
KPI Bonus £10-15k a year

My client is looking for someone clinically qualified ideally or they must have good demonstrable experience in a care homes including nursing care to run a large Nursing Home based in Minehead.   

This role is not limited to local applicant and for the right application a relocation package can be provided.   

The home is an Edwardian building that sits on stunning landscaped grounds which include a wildflower meadow, with glorious views to North Hill and the West Somerset coastline.   

Requirements 
Level 5 in Management
RGM, RMN Active pin (None clinical acceptable with right experience)
3 years Home management experience
Demonstrated experience of Good or Outstanding CQC's
