Payroll Officer (Part-Time)

I'm pleased to share that Sharp Consultancy are working with a fantastic business based in Barnsley, who are looking for a part time Payroll Officer for a 6-month contract.
This business has experienced incredible growth in recent years, having made several acquisitions in the past 2 years, with plans for further expansion, meaning that contract extension may be a possibility.
They are looking for an experienced Payroll professional, to join a small team and take primary responsibility for the payroll of 2 companies within the group. The individual appointed we be responsible for handling the end-to-end payroll process on a weekly, monthly and 4-weekly basis. Though prior experience using Sage 50 Payroll is desirable, it is not required.
The hours are 9-3, Tuesday - Friday, including one of these days working from home, with the rate being £12p/h.
