SalaryTo work closely with the Matron and Service Manager to deliver excellent patient care to meet CQC Standards and achieve sound business performance through patient satisfaction as well as tight control of costs. The Post holder will have 24 hour continuing professional and managerial responsibility ensuring the unit is appropriately staffed safely according to care needs. The post holder will be required to participate in the Clinical Governance Structure and contribute to the development and enhancement of services within their area of responsibility.
