Sous Chef - Conference & Banqueting - Luxury Hotel - Hertfordshire Our client is recruiting a Sous Chef to manage the conference and banqueting Kitchen of their luxury Hotel in Hertfordshire. This is an opportunity for a highly organised Chef to manage their kitchen reporting to the Executive Chef. You will manage a team of chefs and prepare meals for high end banqueting, conference and events.
