You will be responsible for maintaining food safety and hygiene practices and ensuring the kitchen areas are maintained to Shangri-La standard, food safety, HACCAP responsibility. You will directly report to the Chef De Cuisine and together you will perfect, design and execute the menu for the Ting restaurant. In the absence of the Chef De Cuisine you will be responsible for the kitchen brigade, making sure the highest standards of service are performed and that your team is supported. You will adopt and maintain a sound professional knowledge on all aspects related to the operation and position, and on our companys core values: humility, courtesy, respect, helpfulness, and sincerity.Who were looking for:Experience in BanquetingProfessional Culinary EducationExperience in an apprenticeship program or equivalent
