As Bar and Events Manager, you will be motivated and passionate to assist in leading our dedicated and positive Bar and Events team. To name a few, you will be accountable for costings, stock takes, weekly ordering, bar staff rota's, designing drinks packages and ensuring the smooth running of the Bar and live events.
As bar supervisor/manager your responsibilities will including the following;
- Have previous 3 years minimum Bar Experience (essential)
- Hold a Personal License (desirable)
- Have experience of EPOS
- Manage the Bar and event team (essential)
- Deliver all events to brief & instruction
- Manage full Barn itinerary including glassware
- Stock management & Management of all NON-CON
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Upsell at all opportunities to maximize bar sales
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all beverage regulations
- Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and spotless
- Driving License (essential)

- Have experience in leading bar teams in supervisor or managerial role
- Have a proven track record in a fast paced environment
- Hands on and roll sleeves up attitude
