Experience:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel
• A strong, yet positive guest service style
• In-depth knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktail preparation, and industry trends
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets
• A Personal Alcohol Licence is preferable
• A good command of the English language - additional languages are advantageous
• Competent in using IT systems (Point-of-sale) and software including Microsoft Office
• Full clean UK driving licence
