Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel
- A strong, yet positive guest service style
- In-depth knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktail preparation, and industry trends
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets
- A Personal Alcohol Licence is preferable
- A good command of the English language - additional languages are advantageous
- Competent in using IT systems (Point-of-sale) and software including Microsoft Office
- Full clean UK driving licence
