This is a new opening and a new concept which is exciting and premium. For this we need a Bar Manager who has worked in high end establishments and with VIP guests. You will be a Bar Manager who has excellent wine knowledge, ideally to WSET Level 2 or above. Knowledge of the classic cocktails will also be advantageous.
The Bar Manager is a visionary leader with a passion for crafting exceptional bar experiences. They bring innovation to the forefront of our beverage offerings with a particular focus on low and non alcoholic drinks at the heart of the beverage list. Their main goal is to oversee the daily operations, to drive revenue and maintain a high standard of service and product quality. They lead a team of bartenders, servers, and other staff members to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for patrons.
Your main responsibilities would be – to deliver excellent first class customer service with a keen eye for attention to detail, to train and develop the team, to lead by example, to help create an interesting beverage offer, quality control and stock control, generate revenue and be an expert in problem solving. if you have a personal licence, that would also be helpful.
