As the Bar Manager, you will be the driving force behind our bar program, responsible for shaping its vision and ensuring its execution to perfection. You will lead a team of passionate bartenders, inspiring them to craft creative cocktails, elevate guest experiences, and maintain the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, providing hands-on guidance and support to bartenders to ensure consistency and excellence in beverage preparation and presentation.

- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while upholding quality standards.
- Cultivate relationships with guests, anticipating their needs, and exceeding their expectations to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Uphold compliance with all liquor laws, health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a high-volume bar or upscale hospitality establishment.
