With a salary up to 28,000 plus great benefits, we are looking for a Bar Manager that is passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service as well as maintaining strong brand standards at all times in a very busy environment
Our client's venue is extremely popular so we are keen to speak to passionate Bar Managers who have a proven track record of success and want to progress into senior management. This role does offer genuine progression so we are looking for real ambition!
As a Bar Manager your responsibilities will include the following:
- Delivering drinks menu.
- Driving customer service standards in your site.
- Training, coaching and developing your team.
- Stock management.
- Maintain company and brand standards.
The ideal candidate:
- Experience in leading bar teams in a supervisor or managerial role.
- Have a proven track record in a fast paced environment.
- Hands on!
- Be highly motivated and ambitious.
- Be a self starter with a can do attitude.
- Passion for events.
