Bar Manager - Cornwall

Professional and personable Bar Manager required now for growing exciting bar and hospitality business.
Title: Bar Manager
Location: Cornwall (commutable from Padstow, Tregolds, St Merryn, Constantine Bay, Trevone, Harlyn, Porthcothan)
Hours: Full time, permanent role.
Salary: £35-39K Per annum, benefits package, staff discounts, 28 days leave.
The Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic, personable and professional Bar Manager to fill a role at one of their exciting locations in the South West.  The role will see you lead a bar team, supporting and guiding their development.
It requires a good understanding of alcoholic beverages, beers, wines and cocktails.  Ideally you will have the mixology experience and confidence to add creative energy and input to the bar's drinks menu.
Prior experienced leading a team in a Bar Manager role is required.
