Role Overview:
As a pivotal part of our team, you will actively support the social, emotional, and mental well-being of our students. Collaborating closely with experienced staff, you will implement tailored strategies to empower students, enabling them to overcome challenges and flourish in both academics and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective behaviour management plans.
- Provide personalized support to students with SEMH needs.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to customize educational approaches.
- Track and monitor student progress.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with children facing SEMH challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
- A compassionate and understanding approach.
- Relevant qualifications or training in education or related fields.
