Your new role:
The role as a BenefitsAdvisor will oversee the management of the internal invoicing processes,analysing and reporting on benefits spend. You will be responsible for managingthe benefits admin central mailbox and becoming subject matter expert for queries.You will collate benefits FAQ and manage the company's benefits FAQ document.You will work closely with senior stakeholders to collate and releasecommunications.
What you need to succeed:
You will need experience working as a Benefits Advisorin a large scale, multinational financial services business, ideally across theUK and Ireland. You will have strong communication and stakeholder managementskills and will be able to adapt and prioritise your workload depending onurgent business needs.
