Payroll Advisor (FTC) London Victoria - £36000 + Benefits
A well known business based in Victoria are seeking to hire a Payroll Advisor on a contract basis of 9 months.
You will be responsible for;
- Handle complex payroll queries and administration, such as gross up payments and tax guidance. Meet stated service level agreements (SLAs).
- Manage HR accounting tasks, including preparation and posting of journals, monthly accruals, and full reconciliation.
- Assist with executive pay queries, associated taxes, and support their tax year-end responsibilities and planning. Work closely with the payroll software supplier to ensure compliance with HMRC and company requirements.
- Participate in the checking and approval process with brand business partners. Process salary reviews and bonus payments on an annual basis.
- Produce general reports, including personnel budget analysis. Comply with internal and external audit requirement
- Up to date payroll legislation experience
- Good analytical skills
- Able to produce Payroll & HR reports
- Used to working in a busy payroll environment
