SalaryWe are partnered with a successful and growing multinational insurance holding company. They are seeking a driven and passionate payroll professional to join their payroll department and work closely with the Payroll & Benefits manager & senior Payroll & Benefits specialist to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing for all employees.
Key responsibilities of the role include
- Assisting the Payroll & Benefits team with outsourced processing of monthly payroll for UK and EMEA countries
- Liaise with the outsourced payroll provider - checking output provided and making corrections
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits for the UK including cycle to work, PMI, pension and season ticket loans
- Acting as a main point of contact for complex Payroll & benefit queries
- Support with the administration of EMEA benefit schemes
Experienced required
- Strong UK & EMEA payroll experience
- Knowledge of statutory entitlements
- Proactive mindset and confident working autonomously
- A keenness progress and develop payroll career
- Experience of Workday is desirable
