The Role
We are looking for a Benefits Advisor to lead on the day-to-day administration, development and promotion of our benefits and perks packages.
In this role, you'll be responsible for promoting our current offering and building on our proposition to complement the lives of our diverse population.

Your day-to-day
- Brilliant BAU – you will be responsible for the smooth administration and delivery of the Arsenal benefits and perks offering, this includes everything from day to day administration, owning opt-in windows, maintaining employee records and payroll reporting, budget tracking and managing invoices
- Trusted expert – give employees guidance and advice in relation to their benefits and their tax treatments, as well as managing our processes and relationships with third party suppliers, providers and partners
- Platformcontent – manage front and back-end content of our employee benefits platform, ensuring it is accurate, informative, engaging and easy to navigate for our employees
- Build on our benefits – identify, research and deliver new prospects for benefits and perks, and support employee engagement initiatives, presenting recommendations that show insight into our business, assessing value and calculating cost impact
- Promote – find new and exciting ways of increasing our employees’ connection and engagement with their benefits, helping them to understand and maximise everything available to them
- Close collaboration – collaborate closely with internal teams and external third parties to explore new opportunities and partnerships
- Focus on EDI – ensure that diversity and inclusion is at the heart of our benefits and perks offering through continuously reviewing our offering to ensure that our benefit proposition keeps up with innovations, is reflective of our employer brand and ensures that everything we offer is flexible and relevant for our diverse population and makes a positive contribution to our inclusive culture
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in an employee benefits focussed role – you come with experience administering and delivering employee benefits and perks (ideally you will have worked with recognition schemes, Private Medical, Dental, Group Life and Income insurances, Cycle to work, gym memberships, travel season ticket loans or equivalents)
- It would be an advantage if you have managed the introduction of new benefits
- It would also be an advantage if you have worked with Reward Gateway
- Excellent administrator – you will be experienced working with HR and payroll processes, with a solid understanding of tax implications and legal compliance requirements of P11D / PAYE / BIK
- It would be an advantage if you have substantial knowledge of Pensions and 401k.
- Strong communicator and relationship builder – you will have a genuine passion for employee wellbeing and benefits. You will enjoy supporting employees with queries and managing provider relationships. You are a strong communicator who can use different mediums to promote and highlight different elements of our offering at the most relevant times for our people.
- Data driven and analytical – you bring together internal metrics (like product engagement and performance, employee demographics) and external best practise (like legislative changes, benefits trends, top providers in the market) to make recommendations and suggestions based on qualitative and quantitative data and have proven experience in making recommendations to improve the employee experience
