This highly regarded law firm based close to Liverpool Street have asked us to find them a Benefits Analyst to join their team in London on a permanent basis. The Benefits Analyst will work in conjunction with the Associate Director of International Benefits and Wellbeing to support the efficient administration of the Firm’s benefit plans and programs; create, generate, and review specialised reporting requests; develop, implement, and audit departmental processes and procedures related to the administration of the Firm’s benefit plans.
The perfect Benefits Analyst will have prior experience of working with international benefits within different jurisdictions. As well as previous HR systems experience.
