Your new role
Monitor the effectiveness of existing/new benefits and identify and recommend areas for improvement
- Develop and administer Benefits specific procedures in line with strategic direction and regulatory requirements. Keeping up to date with relevant laws and emerging regulations
- Monitor vendor performance and service to ensure they meet ongoing requirements
- Utilise data analysis and benchmarking to provide insights, recommendations and proposals
- Create deliverables including benefits reporting with a D&I and compliance lens, vendor/risk assessments and RFPs
- Provide Benefits subject matter support to key stakeholders and deliver outstanding customer service
- Provide ad hoc operational support to the Employee Services team assisting with events management
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Fluent in German and English
- An in-depth knowledge of International Employee Benefits and Pensions administration (minimum 3 years experience and preferably in a financial or professional services environment)
- Ability to analyse various situations and develop creative solutions
- Highly Proficient in HR software, data analytics and project management tools. (Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint as a minimum)
