Role: BI Analyst
Location: Manchester (2-4 days per month)
Harmonic is delighted to partner with a national organisation, on a mission to become the partner of choice for developing people and their communities. They have a rapidly growing Business Intelligence department with their work in data having a positive impact on communities across the UK.
To hit the ground running in this role, you will have a proven ability in SQL, Power BI, and DAX, and an ability to use data to tell a story through high-level visualisations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Building/maintaining Power BI data models with requirements from other teams Performing data manipulation and transformation within cloud technologies such as Azure and Snowflake
- Creation of dashboard MI through the use of SQL and Power BI
- Documenting and recording any structural changes to Azure/Snowflake
- Provide daily BI as required
- Development of BI tool generated reports
- Preparation of robust performance statistics
- Assist the Head of BI in ad-hoc reporting tasks
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience in Power BI and DAX
- Strong SQL experience
- Ability to use data to tell a story in a clear and concise manner
- Strong communication skills - ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Exposure to Snowflake or ADF (Bonus)
