• Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
• Create and maintain financial models and forecasts using Power BI.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks in financial data.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

• ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualification
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
• Strong proficiency in using Power BI for data analysis and visualisation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles and practises
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform complex financial analysis
