** Hybrid working – 1 day a week from Doncaster office **

As a Business Intelligence and Insights Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of this organisation. Here's what you can expect:

• Delve deep into our rich data sources to uncover valuable insights and trends. You will be at the forefront of data discovery, identifying opportunities for growth and optimisation
• Translate complex data sets into actionable insights that inform key business decisions. Whether it's optimising operational processes, refining marketing strategies, or identifying new revenue streams, your strategic analysis will be instrumental in driving success
• Drive continuous improvement through innovative data-driven solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance
• Ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of data assets. Implement robust data governance frameworks and best practices to safeguard sensitive information and uphold regulatory standards
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and collaboration across the organization. Lead by example, empowering teams to leverage data effectively and drive positive outcomes

We are keen to speak with analytical professionals who possess the following skills & experience: 

• Proven experience in business intelligence, analytics, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
• Strong Excel knowledge and experience creating reporting and dashboards
• Knowledge and proven experience of statistical and business intelligence tools e.g., SQL, Power BI and Advanced Excel or equivalent
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with data governance and regulatory compliance is a plus
