AddressWorking within IT and based at Bicester Village, this role will be responsible for the initiation, leadership and delivery of the Business Intelligence transformation programme, projects, data and reporting that support our colleagues across The Bicester Collection business.
What you will be doing
The BI Programme Manager will be the single point of contact for the business and IT management team in relation to Business Intelligence and will ensure that the aims and progress are understood, standards are followed and quality is consistently high.

Extremely strong programme management and change management background in established organisations with a Business Intelligence function. Able to effectively deliver complex programmes in line with Value Retail's long-term strategy.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in IT, at least 4 years leading complex IT change programmes
- Able to demonstrate experience of project delivery
- A thorough understanding of the different aspects of project and programme management, and can explain and direct others to deliver these.
- Experience of reporting into board level
