The Pre-Contracts Administrator is the hub of our bid team.
A busy and varied role, they play a vital role in supporting our bid team in securing new projects.
Core Duties
- Managing incoming calls.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Managing tender portal content and messaging.
- Administer pre-contract systems and processes.
- Maintain client databases.
- Search tender portals for new projects where required.
- Social media management.
- Business Recruitment.
- Manage company accreditations renewals.
- Event management.
- Company wide insurance management.
- Provide support to Managing Director where require.
