About your new employer
A very well respected and well financed manufacturer of an MMC build method used primarily in the education sector for the construction of schools, colleges and universities. Their secondary sector is Healthcare where they are carving out a niche in providing diagnostic and operating suites.
There route to market is with Tier 2 Main Contractors in the main with some projects won with Tier 1 Main Contractors.
The role
You will be engaging at Step 1: Design, Step 2: Pre-Construction and Step 3: Procurement - rarely will you ever engage at Step 4: Construction as generally this is too late and our client has already called a No Bid.
Your point of contact for face to face meetings will be Design Teams, Structural Engineers and Quantity Surveyors.
The focus is working with Tier 2 Main Contractors to insure that you win viable profitable build contracts within the Education and secondarily within Healthcare.
About you
You will come with a structural building products background with a successful track record in Bid Management with Tier 2 Contractors.
Able to represent your employer effectively at face to face meetings.
Easy access across the South East of England & London from your home location.
Ideally specific BID Management experience gained in the Education sector.
