I'm working with a successful, friendly and fast-growing SaaS company whose powerful and intuitive software enables their clients to deliver world-leading research by promoting greater collaboration, efficiency and transparency within their teams.
They are looking for a bid Manager to join their expanding team and the successful candidate will be key to the future growth of the business.
The Bid Manager will write engaging, accurate and concise proposals and tenders and manage the full bid lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the end-to-end bid process
Support the sales team to create engaging proposal documentation
Complete and submit requests for information, proposal requests, tender invitations and pre-qualification questionnaires within agreed timescales
Brief the operations team on the details of tenders and monitor delivery
About You:
Ability to put technical information into clear and concise terms that are informal but informative
Ability to multitask with great attention to detail
Proficiency in the full MS Office package
Familiarity with software such as Gliffy and Visio
Full driving license as you will be required to visit client sites
Experience working in a SaaS business that offers large software packages is highly preferable
