SalaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a Bid Writer/ Graphic Designer to support our growing client, with over 20 years' experience in workplace design and build. Based in Windsor, you will be supporting the marketing and sales team in creating pitch, bid, submission, and pre-qualification documents.
£28,000 - £32,000 per annum plus excellent benefits
25 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays
8am - 5pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm (office-based)
Key requirements:
- Creating pitch, bid, submission and pre-qualification documents working closely with the Sales and Business Development teams.
- Creating sales collateral to support the sales cycle and creating
marketing content to support the broader marketing function. - Working closely with Project Directors to develop compelling bid documents, tender submissions, PQQs and presentations for pitches.
- Gathering bid relevant content from across departments; pre-contracts, contracts, furniture, marketing and management to feed into the submissions.
- Reviewing and editing content to ensure accuracy and clarity. Check for correct use of grammar, spelling and formatting.
- Participating in kick-offs, storyboarding, draft reviews, workshops, run throughs and presentation prep as needed.
- Actively contribute creative ideas to enhance bid documents.
Key skills:
- Educated to Degree level in Graphic Design
- Experienced in Adobe InDesign and broad experience in the Adobe suite.
- IT literate - Microsoft 365.
- Experience working on submissions, bids and/or pitch documents would be advantageous.
- Some understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent copy editing skills, proofing skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organised, able to work across multiple projects at the same time.
- Self-motivated and reliable.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable with occasional requirement to work late to meet client deadlines.
- Keen to learn, develop and have training, as required.
