Bilingual Customer Service Representative, Lincoln, up to 28,000 (DOE), full-time, excellent benefits.

Arlington Moore is working on behalf of a well-established company who are looking to appoint a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, either Italian speaking or Spanish, for their busy site in Lincoln. We would welcome applications from candidates with customer-focused experience but would also welcome applications from graduates.

The role of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be to act as the first point of contact between the customer and the company. Taking care of day-to-day processes to achieve the highest possible levels of service to the customer.

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative

• Working with European customers including Italy and Spain
• Liaising with Italian and Spanish customers both verbally and written
• Handling customer enquiries
• Encouraging, collecting and implementing improvement ideas

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities of the Customer Service Representative

• Written and verbal language skills in English and either Italian or Spanish
• Excellent Computer skills. MS Office including Excel and Outlook
• Flexible and self-motivated
• Practical with a high attention to detail
• Problem solving skills
• Good team player and excellent communicator
