Role: Surveillance and Customer Representative
Pay: 25,662 per annum
Location: Scunthorpe (DN15)
Shifts;
Initial training on day shift : 8am - 4:30pm
Once trained, rotating between the below including weekend cover;
5:30 - 2pm
1:30pm - 10pm
9:30pm - 6am
42.5 hours per week.
Pay rate will increase upon successful permanent placement with OSI, shift allowance included.
OSI Food Solutions are seeking a Surveillance and Customer Service Representative to join their Front of House team on an ongoing, full-time basis.
OSI Food Solutions is a global supplier of meat products supplying the world's leading food services and retail food brands offering training, development and prospects for employees that can demonstrate enthusiasm, hard-work and willingness towards duties required.
Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for all front of house duties, including meeting and greeting internal and external visitors
Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by monitoring premises, personnel and patrolling out of hours
Secure premises and personnel by monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting equipment, buildings and access points
Monitor alarms and contact relevant emergency service as appropriate
Prevent losses and damages by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, restraining trespassers
Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses, obtaining signatures
Ensure operation of equipment, completing preventative maintenance requirements
Follow and implement security policies / procedures / processes
Assist new colleagues to integrate into the role and the business
Adhere to all organisational policies and procedures including Food Safety and Health and Safety legalisation requirements
