As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our Peterborough team, responsible for efficiently managing workload and providing exceptional Customer Service. You'll handle a variety of queries related to Life and Pension. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity for internal progression within a supportive team environment and lots of other benefits!

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an office-based role, with a focus on Customer Service and correspondence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively addressing customer queries.
• Basic office skills and IT awareness.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with good time management skills.
• Attention to detail and punctuality are essential.
• Comfortable communicating with individuals over the phone.
