In this role, you'll be responsible for managing email inboxes, overseeing customer queries and data requests, and coordinating customer estate changes. You'll also manage all incoming and outgoing post, answer telephone queries, and complete invoicing activities. To be successful in this role, you'll need strong organizational skills, the ability to work as part of a group or individually, and experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
