Billings Specialist

With both a permanent and a 6month FTC on offer, our client, a successful and fast paced organisation is seeking experienced Billings Specialists' to join their existing high performing team.
Your new role
Reporting to the Billings Manager, as a Billings Specialist, you will showcase your experience and be tasked with dealing with complex Billings and enquiries. Managing your own workload, you will ensure all invoices are accurately raised in accordance with terms and SLA's and sent within agreed timelines to ensure untilled remains minimal.
Working closely with the Credit department and Account managers you will deal with Bililngs enquiries and queries in a prompt and professional manner and ensure positive business relations are maintained.
Due to the complexity of the Billings/invoices experience is required and you will therefore manage your own time and be motivated to manage your own workload.
What you'll need to succeed
Experienced in Billings,
Credit Control experience
Able to deal with complex Billings and be able to manage my own workload
Multitasker
Able to communicate effectively and professionally both internal and external
Can do attitude
