Key Responsibilities:
- BIM Data Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of a centralized BIM data repository.
- Version Control: Implement and manage version control procedures for BIM models and associated documents.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and compliance of BIM data with project standards and specifications.
- Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders using BIM workflows.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to project team members on BIM-related processes and tools.
- Standards Adherence: Ensure compliance with industry standards and protocols for BIM documentation.
- Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of BIM activities, changes, and communications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a BIM Document Controller with a focus on BIM in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with BIM software and workflows.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
