Quality Document Controller
Job Description
- You will need to effectively manage the distribution and control of all documentation relating to precision manufactured components and assemblies.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all project related documents are controlled in line with the Quality Management System
- Quality assurance checking of all incoming documentation (internal and external) to ensure right first time.
- Compile documentation packs to support delivery of product to the customer.
- Submit completed documentation packs to the Quality Engineering team for final review.
- Ensure timely resolution of incorrect documents.
- Distribution of documentation to the required personnel or departments as required.
- Copying, scanning, storage and archiving of documentation packs to customer requirements.
Quality Document Controller
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualification
- Experience of working with technical and Quality Documentation
- Have worked within aerospace, defence, automotive, oil & gas sectors.
- Competence in MS Office applications (Word and Excel)
- Previous experience of utilising ERP System
- Capable of working un-supervised and using own initiative.
- An eye for detail with a methodical approach to the task in hand.
