Responsibilities:
As BIM Manager, you will be at the forefront of their commitment to cutting-edge technology and collaborative design processes. Your responsibilities will include:
BIM Leadership:
Spearhead the development and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies across all projects.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of BIM into the design and construction phases.
Standards Development:
Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency across the organization.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Training and Support:
Provide training and ongoing support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and BIM proficiency.
Act as a resource for BIM-related queries, offering guidance and troubleshooting as needed.
Model Management:
Oversee the creation, maintenance, and quality control of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to facilitate model-based collaboration and coordination.
Innovation and Technology Integration:
Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in BIM and related tools.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance their BIM capabilities and project delivery.
Collaborative Engagement:
Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and contractors to optimize BIM workflows and project outcomes.
Foster a culture of collaboration and information sharing within the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a BIM Manager in an architectural or construction environment.
Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD) and related tools.
Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership experience with a focus on training and mentoring.
