Form of workOur client, a well-respected agency is currently seeking a Block Manager to join their close-knit team in the Leigh-on-Sea area.

As a Block Manager, you will be offered:
- Basic salary of up to £35,000

As a Block Manager, your duties will include:
- Ensure all appropriate risk assessments, records and compliance are up to date
- Maintain and review fire safety strategy, including evacuation drills
- Directly manage external essential service providers including maintenance engineers, cleaning and waste disposal contractors
- Contribute to budget planning
- Contribute to reporting on asset performance
- Ensure that all external contractor's work, and maintenance is completed safely and satisfactorily
- Collaborate with property owners, vendors, and tenants to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
Block Manager requirements:
- Previous experience in Block Management
- Must be based in a realistic commutable distance to Leigh-on-Sea
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
