Trent Park Properties is a fast-growing dynamic Property Management company, looking to employ another full-time Residential Block Property Manager, with at least 2 years’ experience in managing residential blocks of flats, and fully experienced in all aspects of leasehold management, from budgets to insurance and S20 major works. (Ideally IRPM qualified).
References will be required showing that you have provided a first-class service to your previous clients.
You must be proactive, reliable, have strong administrative skills, competent use of Microsoft Excel and Word is essential, as well as an excellent telephone manner, good customer service skills, commercial awareness and a smart professional appearance.
This is a full time office-based position in Borehamwood, Herts. No hybrid working.
You will be responsible for a portfolio of mixed RTM /RMC blocks and estates based mainly in North & East London, mostly existing and some new managements.
