Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum

• Property Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of residential blocks, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of service.
• Client Relations: Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure all properties are compliant with current legislation and health and safety standards.
• Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance and repair work, liaising with contractors and service providers.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports for clients and senior management, providing insights and updates on property performance.

• Proven experience in block management or a similar property management role.
• Strong knowledge of property management legislation and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., IRPM, RICS) are advantageous but not essential.
