Job Title: Trend Engineer - BMS Commissioning, Fitting, & Maintenance

Location: Bristol, UK (with projects in the surrounding region)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of BMS and Trend Engineering

Are you a skilled Trend Engineer with a passion for small works, projects, and maintenance in the Building Management Systems (BMS) field? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a team based in Bristol with the possibility of working on projects in the surrounding region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Small Works and Small Projects: Execute and oversee small works and projects related to BMS, focusing on maintenance, replacements, and upgrades.
• BMS Systems Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in Building Management Systems, with a strong emphasis on Trend Engineering.
• IQ1 & IQ2 Controllers: Utilize your experience in servicing and replacing IQ1 and IQ2 controllers, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
• Siemens and Trend Engineering: Showcase your expertise in Trend Engineering systems and in Siemens (advantageous), contributing to the successful implementation and maintenance of these technologies.
• Customer-Facing Skills: Possess excellent customer-facing skills to ensure client satisfaction, effective communication, and the ability to understand and meet client requirements.
• Work Ethic and Learning Orientation: Exhibit a strong work ethic, coupled with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience: Proven track record in BMS and Trend Engineering.
• IQ2 and IQ1 Controllers: Experience in servicing and replacing IQ2 and IQ1 controllers is highly advantageous.
• Siemens and Trend Engineer: Proficiency in Siemens and Trend Engineering systems.
• Customer-Facing Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Work Ethic: Demonstrated commitment to quality work, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Location: Based in Bristol, with flexibility for projects in the surrounding region.
