Your Mission
The Service Engineer will oversee a designated set of sites, managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Visits, Minor Works, and Callouts. With a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, the engineer will directly engage with site contacts to address their ongoing needs. Additionally, they will handle sales and estimations onsite and supervise the execution of ensuing projects.
The Ideal Candidate
- Prior experience in the building controls sector using Tridium or Trend or Cyclon
- Great with Customers
- Can systematically diagnose and address technical issues.
- An excellent communicator, capable of effectively conveying technical information to non -technical stakeholders.
- A team player, but can work independently with ease.
- Possession of a valid UK driving license.
